The System, Admin and Users passwords in the HP 6540p are stored into the BIOS flash (4Mb).

We can clean the BIOS and reset it to its default settings and users management settings and then repack it, with no altering of the original crdentials and the warranty information.

The HP BIOS unlock service is $25/BIOS and available for SPEG programmer registered users (SPEG comes with one bonus service as well). For non SPEG users, the service is $35/BIOS.

Hm, I am not sure what you mean.

If you're italian then try your language and I'll do my best with my romanian latin here to get into your point of view.

The solution exists since I wrote the post about it above, the password is stored into the BIOS flash.

What about the TPM chip? Here I don't get it..

That password is called Admin Password and is located/stored into the BIOS chip, not the TPM.

You need SPEG programmer. Please read again my first reply above, I can't translate that into Italian but surely Google Translation may work.

Auguri a tutti

What reset? Are you talking about CMOS reset or what? Because resetting/deleting CMOS will not solve the password issues in any modern laptop (well, apart from some stupid Acers or alike).

Once again: The Admin Password is stored into the BIOS serial flash. I did unlock this model a million times, so trust me.
