ibm t42 got dump.bin but no password in it!!!

hello
i am new here..
i have got old ibm t42 laptop from my friend,and he didn't remember password.

following instructions on this site [removed],i made interface, and got dump.bin from ATMEL 24RF08 Chip..
but there are no any password or even similar to it.. all i got on 0x330 is kR¥JU«V©ZµjÔ¥Jµk
and 0x340 is Zµ)R­RkÖ©R¥Rµ+RZ
trying turn on AA on but still no luck.

any ideas?
