i entered right password and i manage to enter bios.
in bios i disabled password and save settings.
after that i reboted but to my surprise password promt showed again !
i tried to enter old pass but no luck.
i readed 24rf08 eeprom, and there is no password in 330 field.
what i can do next ? |

Maybe it's POP set, but email the dump at support-at-allservice.ro to take a look.

just before i read your suggestion i tried to remove battery and voila !
no password prompt !
i dono what crazyass security freak use this thinkpad but he have also hdd passord set .... 
if needed ill gladly send you unlocked dump of eeprom |
