Can't recover password from R61

Hello,
I need some help! I recover a bin file from a R61 laptop but can't recover the password. When I run the program it give me a password but the problem is I can't type in the "/" symbol for a password. I think the password should be like this "f / 8CF" but it don't work at all. Could someone help me out?

It is TCPA encryption. The reset service is $25 and requires the writer license.
