TP 380xd eeprom location pls help

Hi all,

I had a hard time dismantling the TP 380xd, but my problem is that I can't found the EEPROM AT24C01A.
I search all the 8 pins chips on the motherboard but there is no one with the name AT24C01A, is there another name? , or a hidden location?

The eeprom is underneath, right near the SODIMM slot and is marked U39. 8pin 24C01

You may use forums's search and simply type 380XD, there are a few articles pointing out.
