Vector my Client has just brought a T60 Locked with svp please tell me the procedure as I have already the experience of unlocking A30 A31 T22....T21 etc I cant spend much of money and just need the svp recovery I can build the interface please tell me the minimum possible Cost.

Hello,

All I can say is that you may start with the TPM reader to save money. Later you may upgrade to full kit (with the writer) if the laptop has TCPA lock.

RPC8394 is only $45

What u meant by tcpa locked How I know that the t60 is tcpa locked or not and only the reader will solve my problem. The problem here is just the SVP And which software will reveal the password IBMPASS or otherelse.

When passphrase is on, the laptop is locked with TCPA, passwords are hashed. The reader won't be enough, but anyway we can't figure out until we read the binary content from the board, so this is the first step.
"Just the SVP" as you say is in fact locking your laptop.
