yesterday i opend a T42 with a max232 and it worked well

today i try the same with pc8394tools on a t60 but i get everytime this Error
Device is not Available!

what can i do to make it work

i tryed many time take a long break
connect all again and it works

now my T60 opend again

Drained batteries could be a problem, always put brand new ones in the holder
