I have Got Dell d520 with bios password. Please help me to unlock this. I found only 25P80VG chip but I don’t know what read this.

| in this model password is store in smsc5004nu, need to change this ic, i done it by replacing it, some one can help to read it or by shorting is possible i do not know. |
