Hello Abu1, you don't mention what's the part number you want to read, here's what I've used before:
For 5 Volt 25Cxxx EEPROMS (SPI) with capacity in the order of Kilobits you can use the PonyProg (25x010 - 25x256):

For 3.3 Volt SPI Flash memory (found on many newer motherboards) with capacities ranging from 1 Mbit to 128 Mbits, you can use a very simple diagram found on the next webpage (W25X10 - W25X64 and other part numbers):
