Hi Victor, hope you can help I have a T20 that is giving a post CRC175 error. I can build interface OK and soldering is fine. Do I email dump to you ? and can the same home made interface be used to write back to the eeprom I am guessing you send back a corrected file. I think there may be problems with voltage regulation is it possible to change these chips and do you source them. The lap top will only be used at a fixed location(boat) has anyone had any experience of using an external power supply. Whats the current cost for the CRC fix. Many thanks for a very helpfull and well run site. |

Hello,
Email the dump to our inbox: support@
Yes, the same interface can be used with the writer. The CRC repair will be a bonus, we will fix the error in the original and send it back to you.
T20 does a lot of CRCs without the regulatory ICs being damaged. Is just the BIOS design, power loss while on battery, etc.
The writer license is $30 and the CRC fix is a bonus. |
