am un laptop hp care a functionat pana acum dar de 2 zile cand se deschide apare doar logo hp invent si f10-rom based setup dar nu pot intra in bios nici nu se reinstaleaza Operating System cine ma poate ajuta

Poti sa-mi dai mai multe detalii, nu inteleg daca cere parola (este blocat) sau este o alta problema...
