I have used
C:\ALLservice\24RF08>r24c01.exe dump1
24C01 eeprom reader v1.0

But i cant get read out the pasword with IBMpass 2.1 Lite |

First of all, use R24RF08 not R24C01!
If IBMpass can't show a valid password, it maybe a TCPA lock. We need to see the dump to be sure, just email the file to our support-at-allservice.ro
