Hello,
firstly - congratulation on these great pages!
I have some problem with password. May be it's corrupted somehow 
I dumped the eeprom using "r24rf08.exe" but in "IBMpass" there are only hidden characters, no letters. No matter on traslation type.
It looks like this: ' "3 X' without single quotes.
My type is T500.
