Inspiron 1545 bios password

Hi all,
There is a system BIOS password in this notebook. Anyone knows where is this password stored, in which IC?. No EEPROM found on this system board. Is the password stored in KBC controller WPCE773? If yes, is it possible to use Victor`s tools for PC8394T with this WPCE, and read out its internal memory?

As i understand the password is store in bios only in this model try to flash the bios with fresh source which do not have password.

send a dumb file of the bios to me and i'll tellu what is the password is
or flash the bios theis will removethe password
