Hello,
trying to find the svp on a TP600e I've found 2 eeproms mentioned in several posts: a 24rf08 below the processor and a 24C01A on the opposite side of the mainboard ('below' the pcmcia-slots). Which one ist the right one?
Tp ist Type 2645-8A0.

Hi Joe,
24RF08 is the one. Use R24RF08 and IBMpass, see the tutorial from above.

The TP is now unleashed again and I can make the neccessary updates (actual bios ...)
