Hi Everyone, first post on here, hope someone can help.
I have a Dell D520 and am trying to reset the BIOS password. I cannot find any information anywhere on how to do this. I have been able to find it for other models that use the co24 chips etc and the shortcutting/paperclip method, etc.
I have it apart but am unable to find any sort of chip thast looks remotely like it might the one to try and short
...Has anyone reset a D520?
I am getting the impression from post that this particular model cannot be done

Yes is possible via programmer or SVCTAG. PM me the service tag and we'll see about it. |
