Hallo, i have an IBM ThinkPad 600 Type 2645-850 and i need the pasword to start it.
I read, it is in the 93C46 eeprom, but i found only the 7416 on the motherboard under the cpuboard.
Is this the right one, or where find i the 93C46.
Can the program ponypro read the 7416 Chip?
I hope anyone can help me.

600e and 600x have 24RF08.
600 has 24C01 and this can be simply read with R24C01.exe included with R24RF08 kit.
You may find some useful information if you search our forum with "600"
