Hello can someone help me understand the actual way to load and start the r24rf08 program, I am very unclear on how to do this. laptop is all wired up and have no clue how to read Thank You

Hello I have fig how to do it only now my r51 will not even turn on had it on the other day was asking for pass word green batt light on but now can only get it to flash very quickly and dim yellow i am ready to throw it out the window any sug?
