I am looking for a bootable CD that will let me know what devices are in a laptop.

Something we can just boot and it will tell us if it has Bluetooth, wireless internet, video type etc. ?This way we do not need to disassemble it to find out.?

you could built your own BartPE cd with everst as a standard plugin. should work like a charm!
