T20-23 and T30 have the eeprom underneath and can be accessed by removing the RAM modules cover, no need to dismantle the laptop

quoted from the tutorial "How to unlock ThinkPad supervisor password" available above. It is 24RF08 8 pins.

You already opened a topic before on the same subject. Please post the follow-ups there next time.

To all members:
Read carefully the tutorials and the sticky threads. If you have a question try to find an answear by using the forum search, usually you'll find your answears there more quickly.
If that not helped too much or you have a specific problem, then post in the forum so one of our members may reply you asap.

I made an error, I dismounted T30 and I touched accidentally with something in the motherboard, then the computer dies out, and he does not want to start any more. When I remove the battery and I gives it and I press on the button ON it lamp of the battery ignite and die out quickly.

Did I burn the motherboard, is what there is a chance to repair it?

sorry for bad english.

It is possible but I think you have only a fried fuse there. T30 is very well designed (in my humble opinion).
So search for the fuses like in the picture below and check them with an ohmeter.

*this is not from a T30 board, it is only an example.

I am sorry for you, I think you should search for a service shop that can help you with this problem. As I said we don't sell spare parts here.
