hello guys.
Have a problem with acer infected by virus i dont know what kind of this software but it make all the program opened by notebook file does anyone can help with this or know what that virus .

If you have a USB flash drive go to CNET.com and download COMBOFIX and Malwarebytes.
Start your Acer in safe mode with networking.
Run Combofix from your flashdrive.
After you run Combofix boot your system in normal mode.
Try to load and run Malwarebytes.
Let us know how things go at that point.

i already tried with combo fix it didnt changed.
sorry i tranfered the data and already format it. |
