I found a Chip in a r52 think pad. "24C64WP" is written on it.
Has anyone an idea how to handle this?! |

Is not a problem how to handle this chip. The problem is that the password is not there. R52, T43 have the passwords stored into the PC8394, the super IO chip, apparently.
We don't have a removal procedure yet, just because we didn't have a mobo here to make some experiments, until now.
When we'll get a unit we shall see how it turns out.
