Hello, I have a PCG-8112L serial number 3002911 (it shows 28272434-3002911) and I tried the web service to unlock it, by putting in 3002911 and then entering that number into the BIOS, and I also tried entering it into the one time password.
Any idea?
Model: PCG-8112L
Serial: 28272434-3002911
One time password code: V7KH-3HRP-6DT6-XP82
