Anyone know how to unlock the bios password on a Dell Latitude XT tablet?

In the past, I had success unlocking a few other laptops I bought off an acquaintance of mine. This time he's trying to sell me a "Dell Latitude XT" tablet that's in pretty good shape, but the catch is that it has an unknown bios password set on it.

I've searched around for info on unlocking the password, but haven't found any information. So I figured I would ask here.
