Sad Sorry, this is really a basic question, before i do the rest thing i have to disassemble my T42p first!

That is the Hardware Maintenance Manual from IBM.
All you have to do is to remove the keyboard, palm rest and the WIFI card to get access to the chip. See the procedures in the manual

Thank you so much, i read the manual, its easy, hahaha

and one more question: my TP is T42p, model 2373, BIOS version is 3.2 just updated.

Need i buy your software for writing that eeprom?

We don't know yet, but is quite possible that TCPA security chip to be enabled in T42p
Perform the procedure and read the eeprom to see if IBMpass can reveal the pwd (to see in scan code, activate AA button).
If not, please send the dump to support-at-allservice.ro to analyze and I could give you a final answer.
