I have succesfully opened several T-series passwords and also 600x password, but one 600E seems to be difficult. The atmel 24rf08 chip is "BT", not "CT".

r24fr08-software says it does not find the eeprom.

Does this "BT" have different pinout?

Hi,

BT has 14pins and you're right, is used in T600e. Anyway BT or CT doesn't matter the eeprom is the same.
But T600e has a lower impedance on SMbus, it is better to use the driven-i2cprog.
