Hello,
I disassembled my T410 to recover supervisor pass and to resolve the 0271 error but I stopped mid disassembly because I had problems and I was afraid to damage or break something so I assembled back.
After that I powered on the laptop and after 3-4 minutes started out siren beeps (hi / lo). I immediately turned off and I posted here. What does it mean and what should I do?
I unscrewd only the screws indicated in the T420 Hardware Maintance Manual |

I forgot to say, when I powerd on the laptop when POST apeard I pressed F1 then Ctrl+S. In that menu I didn't modified anything. After 1-2 minutes it was just a beep. I restarted the laptop and when the 0271 error and pass requierd appeard the siren started.
Do you have any servicies and if you do in which cities? I don't know what to do anymore with this laptop.
Thanks |
