I came to use my laptop and i cannot access anything. Only a black screen comes uo with a blue input field and says 'ENTER HDD USER PASSWORD' after 3 attempts it gives me a message saying system disabled and a long number in brackets. I power off the laptop and try again but it then (after 3 more attempts) gives the same 'system disabled' message but the number in brackets has changed. Can anyone please advise me
