Hello,
For the interface circuit, I have a MAX232EPE : is it good?
what capacitors i need : 1µF or 0,1µF ?
and with MAX232N ? 1µF or 0,1µF ?

Both of them would be OK. 1uF for both.
If you get electrolytic caps then watch out for C4 and C5 polarity.

C4 (-) goes to IC Vcc
C5 (+) goes to circuit's ground.
