Hi guys I tried the mentioned methods but I cant get the hash code so I can decrypt it.

My BIOS and MB info is here:

Quote:

DMI System Information
manufacturer FUJITSU
product CELSIUS M470-2
version unknown
serial YL7J019802
UUID {84D0267E-6A69-7705-A7AC-001999AA5F5C}
SKU S26361-Kxxx-Vyyy

revision S26361-D2778-C1
serial 36418000

DMI System Enclosure

chassis type Tower
chassis serial YL7J019802

When I type:

step 1
3hqgos
enter

step 2
enter
jqw534
enter

step 3

enter

I get System disabled message with no code and a speaker beep until restart.

Anyone can help with this I would be very grateful

Fujitsu (Fujitsu Siemens) desktops can be simply unlocked by removing the CMOS 3V battery or using the small jumper near that battery. If no luck then you have to read the BIOS flash and email the dump file to me or my colleagues for patching. Our email is support-at-allservice.ro

Also an idea: Those 3 codes are valid for a standard QWERTY US English keyboard. If your keyboard is German or French then see Q=A or Z=Y. Example for the French keyb:

3hagos
jaw534
0aww294e

And watch out for Numlock, must be OFF oitherwise some letters will enter numbers, UOIPJKL:M<> in the right area of the keyb.

Cheers

Thanks for a reply and advance Victor. I will try the way you explained. My Keyboard is Bosnian(as far as I understand) QWERTZ

Model: Logitec K120 for Business
PN: 820-003020
PID: SC24317
(any way to check if this keyboard is German or even Serbian or Bosnian?) Letters are YU(bosnia or serbia) top row: OPŠĐ, middle row: JKLČĆ
And Im not sure if this is windows(Language layout) related or it is the same layout for BIOS

So I guess I could do it German way? Not standard US way that I tried earlier.

Btw my Workstation can not be reset by removing CMOS battery or by jumpers on the front panel of my MB(tried, did not work) by any chance. I have Infineon TPM 1.2 chip on it for security :/

Will tell you how it went when I finish my work and try the German layout combination later.

thanks a lot I really need to solve this problem so I can have my bios back to normal...

No matter what is marked onto the keys, what matters is the keys positions that generate the scancode.

Just consider it as a straight English (seriously) QWERTY keyboard.
