You'll need SPEG programmer and the unlock service.

Cheers

I have the same problem with my Lenovo E560. I had a power on password, hard disk password and supervisor password that were all the same but one day I booted my machine and only the hard disk password worked. I reset the power on password by removing the CMOS battery but now when my machine boots, it throws some errors and wants to enter bios which leaves me stuck at the supervisor password screen. Is it a simple process to reset the password?

Hey there,

The process itself is simple but requires some kind of expertise cause you'll need to remove the laptop's back case. The BIOS chip is shown here:

https://www.allservice.ro/forum/images/E560_bios.jpg

The unlock service fee is $65 and you may need SPEG programmer $79 to read&write the chip.

Contact support(at)allservice.ro for any inquiry.
