| Hi , I changed modeo on those 2 laptops and need to change the serial number in the bios . can you guys do that or a tool that can give me that option ? |

We can change the SN and recalculate the CRC in the HP's BIOS. We will charge a small fee, usually $20.
As for the Dell, the S/N is not in the BIOS actually but you may use a Dell service CD/Floppy to change the Service Tag.
