I have two Lenovo laptops with locked Administrator passwords - T431S and T450s. What is the best tool to buy for unlocking and what procedures must I follow?

T450: SPEG programmer $79 + unlock service $45

T430s: W24RF08 $30 and we will unlock the TCPA chip for free
