hi, a big problem has, has bought a T 43 for me from ebay, then, I put back the Bios from-equipped, the type from if I bought it, I don't reach. Please, it helps me, is very important for me. thank you in advance

The software to program the PC8394T-VJG used in T43 is commercial.
Basicaly, you need RPC8394 and IBMpass. In case of TCPA secured passwords you need also WPC8394.

The PC8394 software come with manuals and clear instructions.
Go to that link and download the order form, see the payments details, make the payment then fill the form and email to our support email.
We process the order and you'll receive the link to get the software kit.

Can't get much simplier than that

must the t be unscrewed for it in t 43 and is changed something at the hardware?

If you ask whether the laptop should be dismantled or not, the anwser is negative. No hardware changes, no need to dismantle it, the interface will be conected near the memory slot.
