Almost all recent models coming from HP keep the passwords hashed in BIOS. In consequence, the method to disable the lock is to read the BIOS, "clean" the binary dump and flash it back into BIOS chip.
Note: We can correctly and totally clean up the original BIOS, without altering the BIOS's important (particular) credentials and settings for your laptop. We do not copy or clone BIOS binaries from another laptops that will make your own laptop run slow or erratically crash, not speaking of losing original Windows Product Key. You will have the factory genuine BIOS unlocked.
