Hi

it seems after openned and (removed password ) the laptop became not charging. It works with AC adapter and battery charged with an other laptop, please how to fix this problem.

Did you read the eeprom? What did you do exaclty?

Batteries are connected often to the ICHX (Intel 82801 southbridge) SMbus, the laptop use this to read the battery's eeprom to see the charge counter, battery health, etc. The same SMbus is used to access the password eeprom. So if there is something wrong, a short circuit on the SDA SCL lines, the bus is locked and the laptop might not be able to see the battery.

I can't tell exactly if this is the D600 case, just wanted to give you a general idea.

Thanks for reply, i am sure that my problem is not software cos i have unlocked many similair laptop, using ofcourse your soft IBMpass 2.0 lite and works fine ( the eeprom is not corrupted ). It seems the problem is hardware and i need a shematic electrical of this part ( if it is possible ).
