Victor Bob,
I believe you two were working on a way to read the contents of the TCPA chip, any luck ??
You may be reluctant to talk about this and i would understand that.
Being able to bypass TCPA errors. Whether in bios or the TCPA chip itself would be in your interestes ?
We can discuss the situation or not, up to you.
Steve

I will very soon have all the answers and have solved the problem of rebuilding IBM Firstbios, editing it isnt a problem rebuilding it is or was.
If you will keep this pubic then thats fine, if not and you take the financial option then ill take it elsewhere.
Knowledge is free !

Steve, I was really not interested to spend time on this problem.
I was not forced to do this and I am personally bussy with other projects and I think Bob too.
Although is interesting and challenging, I don't have time to work on this right now, but I will follow your posts on the forum and maybe I could give you an opinion from time to time.

As I told you in the PM, the BIOS is the key. I guess if you work in that way you will have success sooner or later.

Cheers

Vic and Bob,
It seems to me, which I find distressing that there isnt in this forum the open attiude I hoped for, I hoped that a sharing of knowledge would help us all...but it seems that some people want tokeep the knowledgeto themseves to help themselves.
I am genuinly sorry that this is the case and if some parties feel the need to be so secretive......Why ?
To them their financial gain is obviously a higher priority than others problems.
PS
TP_girl...what are you scared of ??

Steve,

Please don't do that.
Each forum member has the right to answer or not to any question if they consider. We can't force them.
Of course, the forum is opened to any discussions, as long as they do not offend other members.
