Hi,

With a friend we built a simple simple-i2cprogm, soldered it to the t42 24RF08CN(0403) chip and dumped the epromm with r24rf08.exe; However, when we open the dump file with IBMpass 2.1 lite and click on AA button, we get something like "sfs2fsf" at 0x330 which doesn't work since AZERTY keyboard require to hold SHIFT in order to write a 2 on a laptop. we tried as if it was a QWERTY keyboard but it's still the same.

Could you check if this is an encrypted password, please?

The file looks like someone played with it, the data is shifted, are you having a virus or the interface functions weirdly. Could you read this using other PC?

I just dumped the eprom from another computer and all went fine. not sure why things got messed up with the other machine...
the pass is SKI2FON.
