I've got it and when i enter it, the TP show me Error 0176 and 0271 and then shutdown.
When i want to enter bios, i press F1 at boot, i've got Error 0271 and 0176.

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-44111&velxr-layout=printLenovo

271 is no big deal -- it just means you have to set the date/time (the CMOS battery must have been removed).

176 on the other hand indicates "tampering" -- make sure you do not have any loose connections, etc. and try again to get into the BIOS and SAVE settings.
If you still can not -- you may have to replace the system bored.

Good luck!

power on...
wait till you see the ThinkPad logo/name or IBM or Lenovo logo -- then press the BLUE "Think Vantage" or "Access IBM" button on the top left of your keyboard -- you will see a menu w/ the option to press F1 to get into the BIOS -- once in there you can set the date/time and SAVE/EXIT

good luck
