Hi,
I downloaded r24rf08 and ibmpass2 and built the SI-Prog.
Connected it to the laptop, as per the instructions, read the file using the command 'r24rf08 myrom.bin'.
Everything seemed ok, the file was created.
Opening the file in ibmpass2 and looked at offset 0x338.
The hex contents at that address are 0x27 0x10 0x1f 0x1f 0x10 0x13 0x18 0xb0
This reads as ;QSSQRO or as R7 78- in alternate scan mode...
It is worth mentioning that the keyboard is AZERTY not querty.
The thinkpad wont accept ';' or '-' in a password so neither of these work.
Please help me!!
