apologies in advance if this has already been covered. Everything worked like a charm password "STINKY" yes no joke, found on line 330. Trouble is on entering password it does not work and my T21 refuses to accept., anybody got any ideas it would be very welcome, thanks in advance.
ps
I found soldering the wires a little difficult on my T23 so made up probes using 2 needles, wired through eyes and soldered, then covered with thin plastic tubing leaving 1/4" exposed at tips, just get a helper to hit enter when you are connected. |

I notice you wrote the password in capitals. Did you also enter it that way? I'm not sure that passwords are case sensitive, but that might be something to check. |

The password is in scancode, is case insensitive. When you enter "stinky" it should appear OK. That would be the SVP, but if it's asking for another one again, the 2nd one is HDP (hard disk password). The logo for HDP is different, in this case remove the drive...
"stinky"="stinkz" for german keyboards, just in case _________________ Victor Voinea
