A20p needs a little bit more efforts, here you go.

Good luck!

Hi Victor

I just took the mainboard, the keyboard and the Lion-battery. Fixed the ground wire by a clothespin to the board at a screw hole, switched on the board and started a little .bat file on the desktop machine:

Code:
ping -n 20 127.0.0.1
r24rf08 a20p.bin

just to delay the start of the eeprom reader for 20 seconds to have both hands free for pressing the two wires to the chip contacts. It worked at the first attempt!

No soldering! Very Happy

Thanks for Your advice,
schmitzr

yes, a really good one

i dont like to solder and use batch and needles,
this can save work+time for dismantling.

As a curious person i also added
ibmpass %1.bin
to the end of the batch :D

@schmitzr
thanks for the postcard, hope you had some beautiful Days ;)
