hi victor,
any ideas where the atmel chip located on this one? is it atmel 24rf08? can it be read using siprog?

successfully recovered the password. the atmel chip was under the palm rest 8 pin chip.

Yes, it is right under the touchpad, you have to remove in order:
1. Keyboard
2. Palmrest.
Is working with SIPROG and R24RF08.
