Hi,
I initialised the TPM on my nc8430.
After rebooting the password I entered didn't work.
I tried hundreds of key-combinations but withouth success.
The hp-service told me (after about 2 hours of conversation and useless talk) that it was impossible to help me and I needed to replace the mainboard.
Does anybody know any way to reset the tpm chip?
Or is there anyway to remove that chip from my board?
i tray everything 3 month long , but no result .
i find only after long ahour internet surfing the security chip Infineon SLB 9635 TT 1.2

please help
