Hi

I have a TP T60 with a Hitachi HDD that is pwd locked. Can you tell me if the EraseON & KeyON software will work on this type of HDD?

If the HDP has not been passphrased, yes. Passphrase is a BIOS option that let users to enroll long password, but the passwords are hashed, which is not implemented yet in EraseON

The software actually does a scan, if the password matches, the drive will be unlocked.
