I forgot my bios pass, so what software do I need? I have already built the hardware reader. To get the password from the chip is RPC8394 1.0 TPM reader all I need?

Can I belong then back to the bios?

For X61 you need R24RF08, the freeware one

The chip is a small factor 24RF08 clone
