am vazut ca la sfarsitul fiecarei pagini exista bannerul de la trafic.ro .
cum implementez si eu intr-un mod similar intr-un forum (phpbb2)?

Exista un fisier pe nume overall_footer.tpl in fiecare tema din folderul templates/. Il deschizi si introduci scriptul de la trafic.ro acolo unde crezi ca apare mai "elegant".
