Yes,

We can repair the error. All you need is the writer W24RF08 license.

No this is not CRC, you obviously have a TCPA password and tried to edit the dump and screwed it up.
The TCPA removal is $55 including the writer license. I think is pretty clear how to make the payments. If you have any question, email us directly as Bob stated before.
