Hello Victor
I speak english a little, so I have the ThinkPad R31, the problem that I have is when revealing the password. Iīm confused for the results shown in the IBMpass 2.1 I donīt know how interpret them. Anyway I tryed typing these caracters and I canīt unlock the SPV passwd.

the results in these lines are:
0x330 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff 07 result = ***************2
0x331 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff 07 10 32 04 7e 03 21 04 7c result = *******27Plf Qlf
Where * symbolic means a blank space to represent a correct position on each caracter

I used the Translation Mode "Alternate Scancode" (Thinkpad R Series). Your help would be greatly apreciated

R31 uses the alternate mode. Goto View>Translation>Alternate Scancode

Now you should see the password.
If not, then is TCPA encrypted. the reset sevice including the writer is $55.

The procedure is like this:

-you order the writer and the TCPA reset service
-send the dump to us, we will reset the lock.
-you will receive it back and use the writer to program the eeprom and the laptop will be lock free.
