Hello all, I have been reading the fourms for days now. Finally built my circuit (after a few close calls with stry solder) get my dump from the chip and when i go to address 330 with translation on I cant get anything readable here is what I get

Your laptop is having the TCPA chip enabled. You need the TCPA reset service along with W24RF08 license.

ok so I just reg'ed with money bookers now what?

edit: what does the form mean by the hardware id displayed by the program?

Run the W24RF08 and you'll get the ID.

well here we go. sent the money, got the form all filled out and mailed. so now its just the wait to get the dump and the nerve wracking pulse pounding writing. (cold shivers) scary indeed. lol.

thank you good sir's. it worked flawless. now all i need is to get past the hdd password and she's all mine again. for now I will have to settle for a live cd linuz :/ beter that nothing eh?

The HD password is encrypted with the TCPA as well, it cannot be cracked.
So throw it away and buy a new one, don't waste your time on it.
